Software development is a multi-billion dollar industry, so it is not surprising that new tools are often released to meet the growing demand.
When it comes to online businesses, there is no exception.
Marketing tools are essential for any company, including traditional businesses looking to go online, existing digital companies, or any individual Internet marketer who wants to build an income from home.
However, with so many choices out there, which one is the most suitable?

Anyway, there are tools for creating websites, building sales funnels, and developing shopping carts so payment can be processed online, etc.
My Digital Publishing Ecosystem Software list
Bellow you can see my software list for various digital publishing purposes. There are ~120 different solutions. I try to sort those solutions in some folders. Bellow you can see live table from my Public board.
While these are essential tools, the problem that many business owners face is that those products do not seem to be the most suitable for them.
For example, traditional business owners may find that the available products are overly complicated, especially if they do not have the technical skills to run the systems.
Then, there may also be aspiring entrepreneurs who are just starting out, and the high cost of all the available tools means that they are out of their budget.
Finally, there are just too many tools that a new business owner needs, and required to subscribe to dozens of tools on paid monthly plans while needing to understand and manage all the accounts, can quickly become overwhelming.
How much Frankenstein cost?
My current Ecosystem cost $8700+ per year and it still just for software licenses! I`m not talking about tens of hours to set it up and connect them together. It is not perfect, but it does what I need. I have around 27+ main software connected together and around 100 of others to create content for different parts (Look at my software table above).
Universal all in one solution
I was a fan of the idea of one universal software that could cover at least half of the headaches I have switching between different solutions.
Kartra
Kartra looked like a good solution. But after 3 attempts of trying - I can say - they are good at marketing the product, but the product itself - do not deliver on the promises. Like one simple thing - video uploads are limited to 1GB.... the smallest file I`m using is 1.5 GB of data. Their landing page builder.... it`s like outdated software that is incomparable to my number one choice - Thrive Architect. And there are a bunch of other things I don`t like about Kartra... but if they will deliver on their promises one day... it could be a good player in the market.
New Zenler
Another one that I looked at as a good player - New Zenler. But their entrance price point was too high and in the beginning, they were not so prepared, but again the promise what they are building sounds legit, just they are not there yet.
Also my mentor Sam is building SanityDesk which in the beginning meant to be all in one solution for online entrepreneurs. And it`s kind is. But not there that I would say - this is even competitive deal, but they could be in the next 6 months. We will see.
Groove Funnels
And over the last few weeks, I was testing the new Solution Groove Funnels, company created by one of the marketers I`m following for more than a decade - Mike Filsaime. He was a creator of Webinar Jam and I know him from the early days of the Stompernet and Butterfly Marketing. By the way, his ex business partner Andy Jenkins is co-founder of Kartra.
So, it will be really interesting to see how they will compete on the market. For us - users it`s just amazing as they both want to create the best tool on the planet.

Basically they raising capital for their company using crowdfunding methods. It`s good deal for both parties - users - as they get exclusive rights and 'lifetime' updates, because they believed in founders promises and the company - as they have enough money to really deliver on their promises. I would look at this purchase as an investment into future, because at the moment just few tools are developed from all the ecosystem package. And as with all investments it comes risk, that this could be never delivered. I need to be as clear as possible here.
